Our staff includes many years of industrial equipment experience in nearly every process from melting and refining, to the final processing and stamping of materials. We are also experienced in cleaning, pickling, coating, plating, and slitting of strips including the material handling of all the associated produces. Our team of engineers use constantly upgraded AutoCAD Workstations, in-house design programs, and Critical Path Management (CPM) scheduling to design and deliver equipment to suit our customer's unique requirements.

BOLTECH is one of the few companies with complete manufacturing and engineering capabilities available within a single location. Through our sister company Brilex Industries, Inc, we maintain a complete and modern manufacturing complex for equipment fabricating, machining and assembly on Cresent Street in Youngstown, OH. Looking toward the future, we have, and continue to, expand our manufacturing capabilities through the addition of highly trained and experienced craftsmen as well as state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. Our manufacturing capabilities are mostly CNC controlled and include plate burning, MIG, TIG, Stick, Sub Arc and robotic welding, thermal and vibratory stress relief, lathes, vertical and horizontal machining centers, large horizontal and vertical boring mills and an extremely large, Milling Planer.
