On Time Deliveries
Pro-active project management is of primary importance at BOLTECH. We maintain close control of every project with our team. We also believe strongly that the relationship and trust developed during the sale as well as the promises and commitments made are very important. For that reason, our Sales Manager, Engineering Manager, Project Engineer and Procurement Manager form a project team and work together for seamless management, control and commissioning of all projects.
This process assures that no slip will occur in the transfer from proposal to contract and that the system envisioned during the sale will be fulfilled by the contract.
With the addition of Jobboss software BOLTECH's expediting, purchasing and accounting
is fully integrated into one convenient location. This allows for accurate and detailed reporting throughout each phase of a project. Upon receipt of a contract, the Project Team establishes an in depth schedule for all phases of the project. And Microsoft Projects enables the team to define and execute all " critical path" portions of the schedule. The enables our Project Engineer to maintain a thorough schedule on a projects development. These cutting edge management tools allow us to make and achieve the most aggressive project schedules!
